How to Buy?

Step 1: Inquiry

Step 3: Presenting Transaction Terms and Conditions

Once we have gathered all the necessary information, our team will diligently search for the vehicles that best align with your requirements. We will present you with a selection of the closest matching vehicles, providing you with several options to consider.

We kindly request that you carefully assess the condition and pricing of the proposed vehicles. If you find a vehicle that meets your expectations and agrees with the specified conditions, we can proceed to the next stage, where we will make an effort to acquire the vehicle on your behalf. It's important to note that the price indicated at this stage is a market price and does not guarantee our ability to purchase the vehicle at that exact price.

For vehicles that we bid on in auto auctions, we will promptly inform you of the bidding results once the auction is concluded. This ensures that you are kept informed of the outcome and can make informed decisions based on the results.

Step 4: Purchasing Process

Once we have successfully secured the vehicles through the bidding process, we will promptly arrange for land transportation to transfer them to our closest storage facility near the port. The vehicles will be securely stored there until the time of shipment.

During the land transportation phase, we will diligently handle all the necessary documentation required for the export process to your requested destination. Additionally, we will take several photographs of the vehicles and perform basic cleaning to ensure their presentable condition.

Upon your request, we can share the photographs of the vehicles with you, giving you a visual representation of the chosen vehicles. As for the essential documents for the export process, please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for their preparation.

Step 5:Vehicle and Document Management after Purchase

Upon completion of all the necessary documentation, we will proceed to book the vessel and arrange for custom clearance in Japan. Once the customs process is successfully completed, the vehicles will be loaded onto the ship according to the planned schedule.

For shipment, we primarily utilize Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessels, which are specially designed to transport vehicles. However, in certain cases, we can also arrange for container shipment based on your requirements.

Once the vessel sets sail, the shipping line will issue a Bill of Lading (BL), which serves as a crucial document for the shipment. We will promptly provide you with a scanned copy of the BL via email, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.

Upon receipt and confirmation of payment from you, we will arrange for the original BL and other essential documents, including the invoice, export certificate, and English translated export certificate, to be couriered to you. These documents are vital for the completion of the transaction and to ensure a smooth import process at the destination port.

With the delivery of the original BL and the necessary documents, the transaction will be successfully concluded. We prioritize thoroughness and accuracy in handling the shipping process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to facilitate a seamless experience for you.
